Services

Davidson Center provides accredited educational programs, tutoring sessions, and related academic support. Our services may be offered in-person, online, or through hybrid formats. Enrollment, participation, and access are subject to availability and compliance with student eligibility requirements.

Online Accounts

Payment Policy

Davidson Center accepts payments via cash, credit card, and ACH (bank transfer). A 3.5% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions to offset processing costs. ACH payments are not subject to any convenience fees and are the preferred method of payment.

All payments are due in accordance with the terms specified on the issued invoice or enrollment agreement. Timely payment ensures continuity of services and supports the efficient administration of our programs.

Cancellation Policy

The Davidson Center recognizes that scheduling conflicts and unforeseen circumstances may occasionally arise. To maintain fairness and efficient scheduling for all students, we request that any session cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance: No charge will apply.
  • Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled session: The full session fee will be charged, except in cases of student illness or family emergency.

This policy ensures that instructional time and resources are used effectively and that all students have equitable access to available appointments.

Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, and explicitly opting in to SMS, you consent to receive communications from us, including email, phone calls, and SMS text messages for enrollment, scheduling, billing, and educational updates.

  • Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP.”
  • For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact us directly.

Intellectual Property

All content on davidsoncenter.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, course materials, video, and audio, is the property of Davidson Center or its licensors and is protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
