Davidson Center is now a Direct Payment School registered with North Carolina SEAA to receive direct payments on behalf of Opportunity Scholarship and ESA+ scholarship recipients. CLICK HERE to learn more about NCSEAA funding.
Using ESA+ and Other NCSEAA Funds
Davidson Center is registered with the state and serves K–12 students with learning differences, eligible families can apply ESA+ funds toward:
- Part-time or Full-time school enrollment at Davidson Center
- Tutoring services that meet ESA+ guidelines (such as reading, writing, math, and other core academic support)
The ESA+ program offers different award levels depending on a student’s documented needs. Families can review eligibility, award amounts, and application timelines on the NCSEAA K–12 website and then talk with us about how those funds can be coordinated with a Davidson Center plan.

Who We Serve
Davidson Center’s K–12 school supports students who need more than a traditional classroom can offer. We specialize in working with learners who have diagnosed learning differences or other unique learning profiles and who benefit from:
- Individualized attention
- Explicit instruction in reading, writing, math, and more
- Executive function support, structure, and coaching
- A calm, relationship-based environment with clear expectations
Families who already know us through tutoring and test prep will see the same evidence-based approach carried into a full-time school model.
